1. Recording Fees Required for All Permits Required by State Law:

  • Per page $15
  • Per mylar $25

2. Change of Use: $50

3. Residential Structures

  • New single-family homes $0.40 per ft2
  • Residential additions, alterations & accessory buildings $0.20 ft2

4. Commercial Structures

  • New commercial, industrial, duplexes, & multi-family homes, etc. $0.40 per ft2
  • Commercial additions, alterations & accessory buildings $0.20 ft2

5. Access (Driveway) Permit: $50

6. De Minimis Telecommunications Rulings: $150

7. Signs

  • Permanent signs $0
  • Return of unlawful sign $10/sign

8. Development Review Board Hearings (includes all recording fees)

  • Residential conditional use, site plan review, variance, or waiver. $150
  • Non residential conditional use, site plan review, variance, or waiver. $250
  • Appeals of Zoning Administrator actions $250

9. Subdivisions

  • Charge per lot created at Final Plat review $200
  • Lot Line Adjustment $105

10. Legal and Professional Expenses

When the Development Review Board needs legal, engineering or other professional service to render a decision, the cost for said services will be borne by the applicant.

 

NOTE:

  • All fees doubled for development commenced before permit application submitted and approved
  • No zoning fee shall exceed a total cost of $5,000.
