The Town Clerk’s Office can assist you in renewing your vehicle registration in person. We can register cars, trucks, boats and motorcycles. The receipt you receive at the Town Clerk’s office is temporary (good for 60 days). Within a few weeks, the State will send you your official registration. As of November 1, 2023, registration stickers are no longer issued. In order to register your vehicle you must bring the pre-printed state renewal form and a check or money order payable to “VT DMV”. There is also an additional handling fee of $3.00 to the Town of Morristown. You can pay the handling fee in cash or separate check.
