The Town Clerk’s Office keeps and protects Morristown’s land and property records. Our records go all the way back to 1781 and are available to the public for research. Please note: the Town of Morristown does not perform title searches.
We work with Kofile Technologies to provide a digital system for searching land records and official survey maps. You can search our records online through the Town Fusion Site. Searching and viewing records online is free. If you want to print records from the system, the cost is $3.00 per page.
